Today is a New Ass Day
I had an interesting past couple days,
feeling in and out of equilibrium,
wanting to feel better, feeling better, and then feeling not great.
I can’t say that it’s over or that I understand it all.
It probably isn’t and I don’t.
I did have a really nice journaling session yesterday that came out of ‘nowhere’ lol.
It really spoke and administered to me.

Today is a new day.
Today is a good day, a great day.
Everything is working out for me for my VERY best.
I am enjoying the process of unfolding.
I am enjoying the feeling of flowing with my flow,
and seeing,
observing,
immersed in what is unfolding.
I *am* in the flow.
I have always been. inthe flow.
I will always be in the flow…
because that is my nature.
I *am* nature.
Nature is present.
Nature is full.
Nature thrives.
Everything about nature is always moving toward thriving.
I *am* the thriving.
I *am* the flourishing.
I *am* the growing, the expanding.
I *am* the glowing.
I *am* the enlightening, more and more each moment.
The flow takes me.
The flow knows.
The flow knows Everything.
I *am* the flow.
I *am* the whole shebang.
I am here to experience life,
all of it,
the ‘good’ and ‘bad’, through me.
There *is* no such thing as ‘good’ and ‘bad’.
It is all truth and more truth.
It is Life.
I am Life.
I am here to experience life to its edges.
I can do no wrong.
There is no wrong.
There is no bad.
It’s *all* part of it,
all part of what I have surrendered to and continue to surrender to every. single. day.
It is *all* Good.
It is all Good.
It is all Good.
Today is a new day.
Today is a great day.
It is great to be me.
It is great to know me and know more of me every day,
each moment.
It is good and natural to feel gratitude and appreciation for me and all I am.
